Return Policy

You have an exchange option that lasts for 48 hours after you have received the package. Within this period, you must inform us about your exchange request and send the package.

The general exchange rules are as shown below:
Exchanges must be done by using the original package.

If the original package is broken (e.g. Shipping label is attached to original package) and the condition of the product is not suitable to re-sell, the exchange request will not be accepted.

As the first step, the exchange request form must be filled completely. Your request will be answered as soon as possible.
