2. SUBJECT AND DEFINITIONS OF THE PRELIMINARY INFORMATION FORM
a. This Preliminary Information Form (“Form”) has been prepared in accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection (“TKHK”) and the Distance Contracts Regulation dated 27/11/2014 (“Regulation”) to inform the Buyer about the distance selling contract for the Product(s) detailed in section 3.
b. The subject of this Form is the order (“Product(s)”) placed by the Buyer through the Seller’s (“CNT”) electronic commerce website (“Website”). As stated in various parts of the Website, the Product(s) are second-hand. CNT’s commitment is limited to the originality of the Product(s).
c. The company/personal details of the Buyer and Seller are specified above. It is importantly noted that this Form is valid only for contracts where the Buyer has consumer status, and general provisions will apply for contracts where one party is not a consumer.

4. PAYMENT AND DELIVERY CONDITIONS
a. Orders will be processed within 48 hours/2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 4:00 PM, on holidays, and official holidays will be processed the next business day. The Buyer will be informed in case of any potential delay.
b. Payment can be made via credit card/bank card or bank transfer/EFT. Orders not fully paid within 1 hour of delivery will be canceled. The responsibility for ensuring complete and full payment lies with the Buyer.
c. Shipping costs will be borne by the Buyer or Seller based on the total order amount. When shipping costs are the Buyer’s responsibility, the shipping fee is included in the total. Deliveries will be made through the cargo company selected by the Buyer (if shipping is at Buyer’s expense) or a cargo company chosen by the Seller (if shipping is at Seller’s expense).

e. Product(s) will be delivered within a maximum of 7 business days from the order confirmation email and contract establishment.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
a. The Buyer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the Product(s), without stating a reason, without paying a penalty, and without incurring legal or penal responsibility. Return costs will be covered by the Buyer and cannot exceed the original delivery costs. If the Buyer chooses a different cargo company for returns, they will be responsible for all return expenses.
However, according to Regulation Article 15(ç), the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products related to health and hygiene if their packaging, seal, or protective elements have been opened after delivery.

c. If withdrawing, the Product(s) must be returned to the Seller within 14 days via the original delivery cargo company. Return costs will be covered by the Buyer and cannot exceed the original delivery costs. If the Buyer chooses a different cargo company, they will be responsible for all return expenses.
d. Upon invoking the right of withdrawal, all payments made by the Buyer for the Product will be refunded using the original payment method within 14 days of returning the Product to the Seller. For credit card transactions, the refund to the bank will be processed by the Seller, with the actual reflection to the Buyer’s account dependent on the bank’s refund processing times.
e. If the returned Product(s) show damage or defects caused by the Buyer, the Seller may:
