Returns & Exchanges: Due to the second-hand nature of our products, there is no right of withdrawal and returns are not accepted. However, you can request an exchange within 48 hours/2 business days of receiving the product by filling out the exchange form and sending it back in its original packaging.



Delivery: Your product will be delivered in recyclable packaging with an authenticity certificate. Orders are processed within 48 hours/2 business days after payment confirmation.
